I loved it here! Visited for lunch with my mom and sister. The food was fantastic. Absolutely delicious and fresh. A little pricey, but I think the flavors, freshness of ingredients and amount we got justifies it. Quality is worth paying for to support small local businesses. The service was great, super friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing and top tier. Next time we go out that way I'd love to eat here again.

The Bell Tree Tavern is a true gem that perfectly combines a warm, inviting atmosphere with outstanding food and drink! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the charming decor, complete with wooden beams, cozy lighting, and a friendly vibe that made me feel right at home. I started my evening with their famous Tavern tenders, which were perfectly crispy and tossed in a delicious house-made buffalo sauce. They were spicy but not overpowering, and served with a side of creamy blue cheese dressing that complemented them perfectly. For my main course, I ordered the Tavern Burger, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The patty was juicy and cooked to perfection, topped with melted cheddar, crispy bacon, and fresh lettuce and tomato, all served on a toasted brioche bun. The fries on the side were golden and crispy—definitely some of the best I’ve had! The drink menu is also impressive, featuring a great selection of local craft beers and creative cocktails and it was the perfect complement to my meal. What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they were doing. They took the time to recommend dishes and even shared a bit about the local brews on tap. The Bell Tree Tavern is the perfect spot for a casual night out with friends or a relaxed dinner. With its fantastic food, great drinks, and welcoming atmosphere, I can’t wait to return for another round! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a delightful dining experience!

So this place has an interesting history, dating all the way back to Prohibition. Apparently if you wanted booze back then, there was a bell attached to a tree you would need to ring. But as far as the modern times and its modern menu, I hadn't been here in a while, and I forgot how big this place was! I'd say most of the energy comes from its large outdoor section where live music, along with a very big bar, is located, but I do believe there is an indoor bar as well. As you might know, I'm not one for alcohol, but there is a plenty big food menu as well. The seafood crab dip dish was pretty good, the French dip sandwich was okay, and the cheesecake was rather interesting, as I think there was a small dab of liquor in the chocolate sauce, so that was cool! I guess if I had one complaint, the bathroom is not big enough for the crowd they could have, and the outdoor bar chairs got pretty uncomfortable by the time I left

Hands down some of the best Fish N Chips I’ve ever had. Greg our waiter was on spot in referring this dish. Lightly breaded, tender and with just a small amount of Malt Vinegar they were to die for!! The atmosphere was a delightful English pub vibe, but our table had a consistent fly issue. I know small price to pay for such great food.

Came here for a late lunch as a recommendation and it didn’t disappoint. Husband’s Cuban with plenty of delicious topping and my seafood dip (perfection really) was a true delight! He wanted the pecan pie with ice cream which he enjoyed and I shared a little but really should be presented on a bigger dish (looked like a saucer) as it was spilling over so rather awkwardly presented. Will be back for sure next time we’re in the area as it’s one of the better restaurants we’ve been to and hopefully next time sit on the beautiful back terrace as this time of year and time of day too hot and humid for us but others were enjoying it.

Great place and it honestly has some of the best food I have had in southern pines! They have a great drink selection and the service is great! The food is a must! The patty melt, Rueben, and fried pickles are absolutely delicious! Food was piping hot and very affordable. This was a frequent spot for my buddies and I and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great place! We just stopped in for the first time and had Heather as our waitress. She was friendly and personable! I ordered the smoked turkey panini and my husband ordered fish and chips. We had mozzarella sticks to start and they were very good, had a great breading on them. Our actual meals came out hot and tasted delicious. The panini was a ton and I took half home. My husband polished off his fish and chips. He also had their bourbon pecan pie. It came out warmed with ice cream and the ice cream tasted like a good true vanilla iykyk. Will be back!

We love coming for trivia Tuesdays. Always enjoy the food. Good salads and sandwiches. I don’t think I’ve been disappointed with any of the items I’ve ordered.
